Store Policies

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping methods used:  UPS and LTL Shipping. We do not offer international shipping at this time.  For Exporting options please contact us directly. 

We Provide shipping locally in the Miami-Dade and Broward areas.  Please contact us if you live in those areas to make sure we can deliver to you.  We use our own trucks/van to deliver in our local area. 

Lead Times:  Please allow 7-10 days to prepare and ship your order. We will ship the order only to the billing address unless approved by us (MisterKey Corp)

Delivery Times:  a UPS tracking number will be provided once the order has been prepared.  Shipping times may vary.  We are not responsable for shipping delays due to issues with the shipping carrier or any other factor affecting delivery such as weather.  If local shipping has been approved by us we will call you to schedule delivery.  

In-store Pickup:    
For large orders, please allow us the same lead time to prepare your orders.  For smaller orders, we will typically have them ready for you the same day.  One of our staff members will call you when the order is ready for pickup.  If would like your contractor or a third party to pick up your order you must visit the store with your Sales Order/Email Order and a Valid ID. You must leave in writing the name of the company and/or person picking up your order.  The person or company must bring with them the sales order and a valid form of ID.

Privacy & Security

Your privacy and security are very important to us.  We have invested in security features for our website the keep your transactions secure and encrypted.  We do not store any credit card information on any server.  All of the credit card information you enter is used at the time of the transaction to process your order.  

When you place an order with MisterKey Corp you must create an account.  This account is used to keep track of your order and to update you on your order status, provide you tracking numbers and support. We also use this information to occasionally send you new product information and also promotions. We will never sell your information to a third party.  
Returns & Replacements
Returns must be made 15 days after receiving your order whether you have purchased your order online or in store.  Items must be unused and returned in its original packaging. You must have your original sales receipt or email order confirmation.  Any defective items may be returned for a replacement.

If you have to ship your product back to us please contact us by phone or email.  We will assist you with the shipping back to us.  There may be some shipping costs involved and a restocking fee may apply.

Order Cancellation 

If you decide to cancel your order please contact us immediately by phone and one of our staff members will assist you with the cancelation process.  Orders cannot be canceled after they have been prepared for shipping and/or have been shipped.  If you receive your order and would like to return your order please see the Return and Replacement Policy section or contact us for assistance. 

Pricing, Payment  & Promotions

Pricing: At MisterKey Corp. we strive to provide the quality and prices.  If you find a better price elsewhere we can match that price.  Please contact us for assistance.  

Payments: We have partnered with PayPal for secure and reliable credit card payments and processing as well as lending assistance.  

Promotions: We will post promotions on our website from time to time and they will last for a limited time.  Pricing and Promotions will change without notice and will also be contingent on availability and stock levels.  

Viewing Orders

To view your order status and updates you may log on to your account.  You may use the My Account links located on our homepage.  We will use this to post any updates and also post tracking information. 

Damaged Goods

If you receive your shipment and notice damaged boxes or any products damaged please contact us immediately to provide you with assistance and further instructions. Please make sure you take pictures of the damage and send them to store@ramoswoodfloors.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.  Please make sure you keep any document from the shipping company.
